Research Projects

The Centre for Late Antique Archaeology currently runs a number of research projects, most notably on the Visualisation of Late Antiquity: Everyday Life AD 300-650, for which a pilot study is being undertaken this year, thanks to the support of Museum Selection Ltd, in preparation for a major research application. The centre also collaborates with the Humboldt University of Berlin in excavations on the late antique phases of Ostia, Port of Rome.
